Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Line Lead to supervise a team in the Inspection Center, ensuring safe handling of vehicles and achievement of production targets. You will drive quality and efficiency while maintaining a safe work environment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience using computers.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning processes and lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly and monthly.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the team; identify strengths/weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide coaching, development and performance management; give feedback and model skills.
• Lead a team to repair or reject inventory based on cost estimates and quality.
• Train team on Quality Control standards to minimize re-checks and delays.
