Carvana in Phoenix seeks a Line Lead to supervise hourly associates in the Inspection Center, ensuring safe movement of vehicles and meeting production goals. You will coach the team, monitor quality, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, with a focus on safety and efficiency. This is a full-time position located on-site at the Inspection Center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience using computers.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated understanding of Carvana’s reconditioning processes.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly and monthly.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the assigned team and drive improvements.
• Coach, develop and manage performance; give feedback and demonstrate skills.
• Train the team using Quality Control standards to minimize re-checks.
• Identify and complete repairs efficiently the first time to minimize re-work.
• Maintain safe, compliant operations and adhere to policies.
