Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Line Lead to oversee a team of production associates in our Inspection Center. You will manage car flow, coach staff, and ensure safety and quality standards while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.

The role requires basic computer skills, strong communication, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time on-site position at our Rocklin facility with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Experience using computers is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the assigned team; coach and develop team members.
• Identify strengths/weaknesses and implement improvement plans to optimize output and quality.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and performance standards; monitor defects in incoming inventory.
