Carvana is seeking a Line Lead in Belton, MO to supervise an Inspection Center team, ensuring safe movement of inventory and achievement of production goals. You will coach staff, monitor quality, and coordinate with leadership to improve processes and training.

The role requires a high school diploma, computer skills, and an unrestricted driver's license with a clean record. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and to work overtime is essential.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience using computers.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently; majority of lifting from knee to shoulder heights.
• Requires standing for extended periods and ability to work in varying conditions (cold/hot/noisy).
• This role is not visa eligible.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly and monthly.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the assigned team; identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Provide coaching, development and performance feedback to team members.
• Create a work environment that promotes positive communication and adherence to Carvana’s values.
• Communicate expectations, performance metrics, and goals clearly to the team.
• Resolve conflicts among team members and ensure safety and standards are met.
• Review defects and make decisions with the Inspection Center GM on vehicle disposition.
• Train team using Quality Control standards to minimize re-checks and delays.
