Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Line Lead to directly manage and develop a team of hourly associates in our Inspection Center, ensuring production targets are met while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will coach, organize daily activities, monitor processes, and collaborate with the Inspection Center General Manager to approve repairs or rejections based on cost and overall vehicle quality, promoting clear communication and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Experience with Carvana’s reconditioning processes or lean principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the assigned team and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coach and develop team members and provide performance feedback.
• Ensure adherence to safety, policies, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Inspection Center GM to approve repairs or rejects based on cost and quality.
