Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a junior to mid-level associate to join its Insolvency and Financial Law Group in Scottsdale, AZ. The ideal candidate will have experience in bankruptcy and litigation, with a preference for those who have represented senior lenders, and must be admitted to the Arizona Bar.

Candidates should demonstrate strong writing skills, solid academic credentials, and the ability to handle complex proceedings, plan confirmations, environmental liability matters, and creditor

Qualifications

• Experience in bankruptcy and litigation.
• Licensed to practice law in Arizona.
• Strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Support the Insolvency and Financial Law Group in complex proceedings.
• Represent clients in financial reorganization cases both in and out of court.
• Defend against threats to secured status and pursue reclamation claims.
• Address environmental liability and third-party creditor disputes.
• Handle plan confirmation issues and intellectual property concerns.
