JD and membership in good standing with the Arizona State Bar are required, with strong research, writing, and collaboration skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Support the real estate and commercial litigation matters for the firm and clients.
• Prepare legal documents, including notices, letters, filings, and correspondence.
• Draft demand letters, pleadings, and motions.
• Conduct factual or legal research and prepare reports and summaries.
• Organize and maintain legal documents in an electronic filing system.
