Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Associate to join its Bankruptcy and Litigation practice groups in Scottsdale, Arizona. The ideal candidate will represent corporate debtors, lenders, creditors, and trustees in bankruptcy matters and in financial restructurings, asset sales, and creditors’ rights.

Candidates should have at least 3 years' experience in bankruptcy, financial services, debtor‑creditor, or commercial litigation matters, and be admitted to practice in Arizona or eligible for

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of restructurings and Chapter 11 bankruptcies, including strategy and court appearances.
• Review and document financing, workout, and restructuring documents.
• Review and manage financial due diligence.
• Coordinate with clients and team on ongoing matters.
