Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Associate to join its Bankruptcy and Litigation practice groups in Scottsdale, Arizona. The ideal candidate will represent corporate debtors, lenders, creditors, and trustees in bankruptcy matters and in financial restructurings, asset sales, and creditors’ rights.

Candidates should have at least 3 years' experience in bankruptcy, financial services, debtor‑creditor, or commercial litigation matters, and be admitted to practice in Arizona or eligible for

Job OverviewA law firm seeks an experienced Associate to join its Bankruptcy and Litigation practice groups in Scottsdale, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in representing corporate debtors, lenders, creditors, and trustees in bankruptcy proceedings, as well as handling financial restructurings, asset sales, creditors' rights, and business litigation in state and federal courts. Experience in bankruptcy matters in Arizona and other jurisdictions is highly desirable.

Duties

• Manage all aspects of commercial restructurings and Chapter11 bankruptcies, including strategy, drafting, discovery, court appearances, and client communications.
• Review and document commercial financial transactions, including corporate governance matters.
• Review, draft, and negotiate financing, workout, and restructuring documents.
• Review and manage financial due diligence.
