Job summary

Kutab Rock LLP seeks an experienced Associate to join its Scottsdale office in the Bankruptcy and Litigation practice groups. Ideal candidates will handle bankruptcy matters for debtors, lenders and trustees and represent financial institutions in restructurings and related litigation. Experience in Arizona bankruptcy matters is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona bar license or eligibility for admission within one year.
• Minimum 3 years of bankruptcy or commercial litigation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of bankruptcy proceedings, including strategy, drafting, discovery, court appearances and client communications.
• Review and draft financing, workout, and restructuring documents.
• Review, analyze and document commercial financial transactions and governance matters.
• Coordinate with partners and staff to grow the practice.
