Job summary

IAP, LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented data analyst to support reporting and data analysis activities in Customer Service and to provide backup for the Account Specialist as needed.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining data visuals, querying AS400 data, and generating monthly reports. The role requires Excel proficiency, data quality focus, and strong communication with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• TWIC badge may be required.
• Minimum 2 years with Microsoft Excel; create, sort, filter and analyze spreadsheets.
• Able to type at least 40 wpm and perform data entry.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with IBM AS400 systems and data queries.

Responsibilities

• Establish new work orders and accessories with cross-references to billing codes.
• Monitor, update, and modify work order codes in the AS400 system.
• Provide data analysis, reporting, and KPIs to customers, managers, and staff.
• Utilize AS400 queries and extract data from the vehicle processing system.
• Create, maintain, and update Excel spreadsheets, charts, and graphs.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover errors and anomalies.
• Maintain customer PIO guides and generate accessory codes.
• Identify and address data quality issues and discrepancies.
• Respond to information requests from departments, customers, and reps.
• Complete monthly reports and billing information by deadline.
