Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Strategic Data Analyst to translate complex data into executive insights and strategic actions. You will produce dashboards, memos, and narratives for senior leaders, while influencing analytics strategy and data governance across the team.

You will work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and other executives, shaping how data is modeled, validated, and surfaced. The role blends analytics and engineering in a growth‑stage environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of data analytics or analytics engineering experience.
• Strong SQL skills with complex queries, window functions, and multi‑table joins.
• Hands‑on experience with dbt or Palantir; familiarity with data modeling and ETL pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Translate multi‑source data into concise executive narratives and actionable insights.
• Develop executive presentations, insight memos, and self‑service dashboards.
• Write advanced queries against data models and Palantir Foundry Ontology.
• Contribute to analytics engineering by extending dbt models and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to address strategic data questions.
