Job summary

PKH Enterprises, LLC seeks experienced program management professionals to support insider threat and asset protection programs in DHS environments. Roles are onsite in Springfield, VA and require a TS/SCI clearance or eligibility, with knowledge of insider threat elements and governance models.

Responsibilities include developing and evaluating insider threat program elements, governance, data collection sources, risk assessments, and reporting metrics for government and private sector clients;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years as an insider threat analyst or related experience.
• Knowledge of incident response, crisis management, data management best practices, and cyber security trends.
• Experience conducting end-to-end investigations with sensitive materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting support to government and private-sector clients for insider threat program development.
• Evaluate and establish insider threat program governance and data collection elements.
• Develop program performance metrics and reporting mechanisms for client insider threat programs.
• Draft and update insider threat policies and procedures with clients.
