Job summary

Advantage SCI, LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager / Senior Policy Lead to support Counter-Insider Threat operations in Washington DC. The role involves researching data sources, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and producing reports for senior management.

Responsibilities include auditing threat processes, coordinating with vendors and government staff, and preparing annual program reports. Strong policy interpretation, leadership, and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years within a federal Intelligence Community, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, or Civil Agency Insider Threat Program.
• Certified Insider Threat Program Manager (ITPM) or equivalent credential.
• Ability to read and interpret policies, guidance, and procedures.
• Proven experience leading technical triage teams and interacting with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review, prioritize, and document insider threat situations.
• Analyze Counter-Insider Threat Program data to identify anomalies and trends.
• Document findings and validate analytical assessments for operational effectiveness.
• Use program tools to complete assessments and audits.
• Coordinate facility visits and manage access requests for program operations.
