Job summary

ARMADA, Ltd. is seeking a Security Specialist - Insider Threat to develop and support a Counter Insider Threat Program at our Arlington, VA location.

The role focuses on deterrence, detection, and mitigation, working with cybersecurity to strengthen the program and protecting critical assets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in insider threat frameworks, security incident response, and cross‑department collaboration, with a Top Secret w/ SCI clearance required.

Qualifications

• Experience with insider threat frameworks and incident response processes.
• Ability to analyze insider threat data and identify risks.
• Experience coordinating with cybersecurity teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support a Counter Insider Threat Program with deterrence, detection, and mitigation.
• Review behavioral indicators and security reporting for insider threat analysis.
• Manage security incident actions, documentation, and response procedures.
• Coordinate with JPO cybersecurity personnel to integrate practices into security operations.
• Maintain records and provide reports on insider threat reviews and incidents.
• Lead meetings and security reviews to advance insider threat programs.
