Qualifications

• 4–7 years in program/project management or government contract support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subordinate technical and administrative leads to ensure coordinated execution of tasks.
• Conduct long-range planning across all aspects of program performance.
• Manage personnel security, financial oversight, and other duties in support of the Lead Program Manager.
• Report to a manager or head of a unit/department.
• Work independently and within collaborative teams.
• Contribute to moderately complex aspects of programs and projects.
• Develop and apply advanced concepts, tools, and processes to support program goals.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop technical solutions.
