Job summary

Lam Research Corporation is seeking an Insider Risk Security Engineer in Tualatin, OR. The role focuses on building and maturing insider risk capabilities, driving tooling, and supporting incidents with cross-functional partners.

Expect collaboration across IT, HR, and Legal, and ongoing improvements to IRM and DLP controls. Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a security engineer, with experience in insider risk, cloud security, and UEBA, plus knowledge of KQL, YARA, and Regex.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in security engineering.
• Experience implementing Insider Risk and DLP in a global enterprise.
• Familiarity with cloud security and cloud-based applications.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain IRM technologies, policies, and rules across Lam.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Legal to align IRM with Lam’s environment.
• Fine-tune IRM and DLP rules to reduce false positives and improve posture.
• Provide escalation and expert guidance; contribute to metrics and reporting.
