Job summary

Lam Research seeks an Insider Risk Security Engineer to help build and enhance insider risk capabilities. You will drive tooling for anomaly detection, support incidents, and collaborate with IT, HR and Legal to refine policies protecting data.

Qualifications

• Candidates have 5+ years as a security engineer with DLP and UEBA experience.
• Experience implementing and administering Insider Risk and DLP technologies in global enterprises.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and independent work style.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Insider Risk Management (IRM) tech, policies and rules across Lam.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity Engineering, IT, HR, and Legal to align policies.
• Fine-tune IRM rules and DLP rules to reduce false positives and mature capabilities.
• Serve as escalation point and provide guidance to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Support regular management reporting on IRM performance and metrics.
