Job summary

The Huntington National Bank seeks a Senior Manager of Insider Risk and Digital Forensics to lead enterprise insider threat initiatives across Cybersecurity, HR, Legal, Privacy, and Risk. You will drive maturity, multi-year roadmaps, and analytics-driven detection to identify and mitigate insider risk.

You will oversee investigations, coordinate with multiple functions, and report strategic insights to executives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading insider risk, DLP, cyber investigations, or threat management programs.
• 2+ years with SIEM, UEBA, DLP, case management, and investigative technologies.
• 2+ years leading teams and managing complex investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and execution of the enterprise Insider Threat Program.
• Develop roadmaps, governance structures, and performance metrics for insider risk.
• Design and enhance detection using SIEM, UEBA, DLP, and AI analytics.
• Oversee investigations, evidence handling, and remediation of insider incidents.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and Technology teams.
• Present executive reporting on risk trends, program maturity, and KPIs.
• Develop insider risk awareness and training programs.
