Chainlink Labs seeks a Manager, Insider Trust to lead and hands-on participate in investigations and detection development. You will protect sensitive data, drive insider risk programs, and coordinate with Legal, People, IT, and Security across the investigation lifecycle.

This global remote role requires 7+ years of insider risk and a strong leadership track record to translate findings into technical and process improvements benefiting the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in insider risk, detection engineering, security operations, or related field.
• 2+ years leading an insider risk, investigations, or security team.
• Hands-on in technical investigations and detection development.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor the Insider Trust team.
• Direct investigations involving sensitive data, systems, and workforce activity.
• Improve detections, monitoring, and escalation workflows for insider risk.
• Partner with Legal, People, IT, and Security throughout investigations.
