Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in insider risk, fraud, investigations, compliance, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling fact-finding reviews with discretion.
• Ability to translate data findings into business recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk-based reviews and investigations involving insider risk, fraud, data misuse and other violations.
• Analyze alerts, indicators, referrals, and data from multiple sources to identify risks.
• Perform fact-finding, document reviews, data analysis, and interviews to establish findings and root causes.
• Prepare clear reports with observations, risk assessments, findings, and actions.
