Job summary

Huntington seeks a Senior Manager for Insider Risk & Digital Forensics to lead the enterprise insider threat program. You will guide investigations, develop AI-enabled detection, and collaborate across HR, Legal, Privacy, and Technology to mitigate risks to people, data, and assets.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong analytics, and effective executive communication to drive program maturity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

4+ years leading insider risk, DLP, cyber investigations, or threat management programs.
2+ years with SIEM, UEBA, DLP, case management, and investigative technologies.
2+ years leading teams and managing complex investigations.
Associate's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic direction, maturity, and execution of the Insider Threat Program.
Oversee triage, investigations, remediation, and closure of insider risk cases.
Design and enhance detection using SIEM, UEBA, DLP, and analytics.
Support AI-enabled monitoring and emerging threat strategies.
Ensure controls align with governance and risk management frameworks.
Collaborate with HR, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Risk, and Tech leadership.
Deliver executive reporting on program maturity, investigations, and trends.
Develop insider risk awareness and tabletop exercises.
