Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation, via Parker Lord APS, seeks an Inside Technical Support Representative to provide intermediate to advanced chemical technical and commercial support for automotive, industrial, and electronics assembly customers. You will qualify leads, guide product selection, and generate opportunities for the external sales team.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, routing contacts, and maintaining product knowledge to support customers and drive pipeline with Salesforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, chemistry, or related field.
• Prior customer-facing role or inside sales experience in a chemical technical field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including phone and email.
• Excellent time management and ability to work in a team.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into viable technical solutions.
• Proficient computer skills and desktop software.

Responsibilities

• Provide intermediate to advanced chemical technical support by handling inquiries from phone, email, and chat through resolution.
• Triangulate and route Parker Lord-wide contacts to the right resources for timely support.
• Guide customers to Parker.com tools for product selection and solutions.
• Develop expertise in Parker Lord chemical product lines and industry-specific tools.
• Log and track leads in Salesforce and collaborate with Sales to build pipeline.
• Participate in outbound lead-generation campaigns and trade shows.
• Represent Parker Lord brand with professional, prompt service and judgment.
• Lead in-market initiatives by supporting teams with FAQs and technical information.
