You will handle technical requests via phone, email, and eChat, collaborate with multiple divisions, and assist with remote diagnostics, firmware installation, and on-site support as needed.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, CAD/model work, and continuous process improvements while maintaining high customer service standards across sales and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of sales or engineering experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with industrial controls and/or software programming.
• Understanding of financial statements and analysis.
• Proficient PC skills: MS Office, CAD tools, collaboration apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Sporlan products and related systems.
• Perform remote diagnostics of electronic controls.
• Install firmware via web application and assist with commissioning.
• Support pre- and post-sales activities including sizing, CAD models, and part numbers.
• Provide on-site support; training, startup, troubleshooting as needed.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales teams on product sizing and references.
• Maintain technical literature and assist in product improvements.
