Job summary

Specialized Recruiting Group is assisting a well-established industrial manufacturer in Monroe, MI to find an Inside Technical Sales Representative. This onsite role focuses on building long-term customer relationships, understanding technical requirements, and coordinating with Engineering, Manufacturing, and other departments to ensure accurate quotes, orders, and on-time delivery.

Associate or Bachelor degree with related experience as described.

Responsibilities

Communicate with domestic and international customers regarding quotes, orders, changes, returns, and cancellations.
Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and bills of material.
Analyze pricing, costs, lead times, and product availability using the ERP system.
Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and other departments to ensure accurate product selection and timely delivery.
Build strong customer relationships, follow up on orders, and resolve post-sale issues.
