Job summary

M.C. Molds Inc. is seeking an Inside Technical Sales Representative to support the Director of Sales in the quoting and estimating process.

You will analyze RFQs, prepare estimates, and coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Benching to gather technical and cost information for accurate quotations. You will issue competitive quotes that meet customer requirements and profitability goals, track open RFQs, and help drive timely responses while maintaining strong customer

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, estimating or project management in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and 3D design files.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFQs and prepare cost estimates for blow molds, tooling, and assemblies.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Programming, Manufacturing and Benching to gather technical input and labor estimates.
• Prepare quotations reflecting labor, materials, and outside services with clear scope and delivery expectations.
• Log and track RFQs, ensuring information is complete to start quoting processes.
• Support sales with job tracking and reporting, and aid in continuous improvement of estimating databases.
