• Answer customer inquiries via email and phone in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Enter customer orders, answer technical questions, resolve discrepancies & generates sales quotations
• Perform all assigned tasks in a safe, efficient, timely, accurate and highly productive manner according to Company policy.
• Maintain good attendance. Attend scheduled work hours on a regular and timely basis.
• Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
• Other duties may be assigned by the company
