Big Tex Trailers in Marietta, GA, seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations and drive revenue across trailer and truck bed sales, parts, and service growth.

Owning sales results through supervising sales team in meeting and exceeding personal and team revenue, unit, and margin goals. Assist Store Manager in driving total revenue, trailer sales, service revenue, parts revenue & ancillary revenue. Special emphasis on trailer & truck bed sales.
Customer ServiceLead the team to foster an environment of accountability for customer service, owning customer review results. Actively lead the store team by personally demonstrating customer focus, recommending problem resolution, and building customer brand loyalty through exemplary service with a smile.
Control ExpensesReinforce company directives, policies and procedures for inventory control, supply purchasing, labor, and other controllable expenses.
Safety & SecurityLead by example and ensure a safe & secure store environment for all employees, customers, and visitors. Monitor all safety equipment maintenance and see it is used as designed. Participate in training employees on safety policies and practices and enforces compliance.
InventoryMaintain an ongoing analysis of trailer and truck bed inventory to assure the right levels are on order. Provide communication, to the staff, regarding inventory flow to the location.

This is a full-time position. Work week is Monday through Saturday (except company holidays). 40 hours per week or more.
Regular local travel by vehicle. Limited overnight travel by vehicle or airplane and occasional overnight stay may be required.
