Mitsubishi Electric Power Products Inc. is seeking an experienced Inside Service Manager to lead all aspects of inside service sales, service coordination, parts support, and field warranty operations from its Warrendale, PA location.

The role focuses on driving service excellence, optimizing operational efficiency, oversee customer support processes, and developing strategies that boost customer satisfaction while supporting division growth objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience selling power or utility products.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Inside Service Operations: manage processes, pricing, quoting, parts support, and service coordination for internal and external customers.
• Develop Service Processes & Procedures: establish policies and work instructions across systems.
• Support Commercial & Contract Activities: review service terms with the Service Product Line Manager and legal resources as needed.
• Drive Operational Excellence: monitor and improve pricing, quoting, inventory, service delivery, and sales priorities.
• Develop & Lead Teams: manage staff, provide training, performance reviews, and compensation recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales Organizations: work with Inside and Outside Sales, gather pricing intel, review bids, identify opportunities.
• Manage Service Partner Relationships: maintain relationships with providers, direct sales, channel partners, and customers.
• Track Performance & Results: monitor metrics and prepare reports aligning with objectives.
• Oversee Customer Escalations: develop escalation procedures and improve service delivery.
• Review Quotes & Purchase Orders: ensure LOA policy compliance.
• Promote Division Excellence: enhance division image through customer/vendor interactions.
