Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. (MEPPI) is seeking an experienced Inside Service Manager for the Service Center Division in Warrendale, PA. This leadership role drives service sales, coordination, parts support, and field warranty operations to improve customer satisfaction and division growth.

You will lead pricing, quotes, service processes, and collaboration with Sales and legal teams, while developing staff and optimizing service delivery and efficiency across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience selling power or utility-related products and services.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Inside Service Operations: manage pricing, quotes, parts support, and service coordination for internal and external customers.
• Develop Service Processes & Procedures: establish policies and work instructions for data capture, reporting, and transaction processing.
• Support Commercial & Contract Activities: review terms and advise with Service Product Line Manager and legal resources.
• Drive Operational Excellence: monitor and improve pricing, inventory, service delivery, and sales priorities.
• Develop & Lead Teams: supervise staff, provide training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales Organizations: participate in customer meetings, gather pricing intelligence, review bids.
• Manage Service Partner Relationships: maintain relationships with service providers and channel partners.
• Track Performance & Results: monitor metrics and prepare reports on progress.
• Oversee Customer Escalations: manage escalation procedures and reporting to improve service delivery.
• Review Quotes & Purchase Orders: ensure accuracy and LOA-compliant approvals.
• Promote Division Excellence: support the image of SCD with customers and vendors.
