Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Pueblo, CO to quote valves and automation projects as part of the district sales team. This office-based role runs Monday–Friday from 7am–4pm, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and technical guidance to internal and external customers.

You will build relationships with vendors, support EPC quotations, and continuously learn about products while contributing to a high-performing sales environment.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years' experience with pipes, valves, or fittings in the oil and gas industry is highly preferred.
• Exhibit strong sales skills, including upselling.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
• Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the outside sales team on day to day and EPC project quotations.
• You will have Internal and External customers that you need to maintain relationships with.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while providing technical support and guidance.
• Interact and develop relationships with key vendors to support sales.
• Be a team player and work with our district sales team to support quotations.
• Form solid relationships to establish trust with entire district to work seamlessly together.
• Willingness to learn and train continually with products.
