Ferguson is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative in Ridgefield, WA to support Valve Automation quotations and deliver excellent service. You will size actuators and valves, build quotes, and collaborate with vendors and district teammates to drive sales.

The role emphasizes learning Valve Automation, developing relationships, and handling fast-moving customer needs while maintaining a team-focused approach. Training will be provided to grow within the V&A product line.

Qualifications

• 1-7 years of sales experience preferred.
• Ability to upsell and respond quickly to customer needs.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.

Responsibilities

• Support the district on quoting valve automation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while learning the Valve Automation business.
• Size on/off actuators, control valves, accessories, and build out Valve Automation quotations daily.
• Interact with key vendors to support sales.
• Collaborate with district associates to support V&A products as a team.
• Build trustful relationships across the district for seamless collaboration.
• Willingness to learn and train continually on Valve Automation products.
