Job summary

You will work directly with customer service representatives and the administrative lead, supporting daily operations and order coordination. The role focuses on building professional customer relationships, quoting prices, and coordinating with operations for delivery dates, with supervision from the Branch Manager.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Ability to quote price and availability to customers.
• Effectively relate credit terms and conditions to customers.
• Work efficiently with operations team to relate delivery dates to customers.
• Support territory managers with follow ups, out calls, quotes, and customer inventory requests.
• Work with sales associates to create key account strategies.
• Acquire new accounts.
• Assist in buyouts to procure product.
• Expedite customer orders and shipments when requested.
• Invoicing, updating receivers, inventory cycles, MTR's and month end duties.
