This office-based role offers a base salary of $60,000–$65,000 plus an uncapped commission structure, with a clear route to outside sales and future leadership positions.

You will work closely with a Sales Manager, receive daily guidance, and build a personal book of business.

• Experience in sales or business development, with a track record of winning new business.
• Keen to learn technical products and develop a career in manufacturing sales.
• Motivated by uncapped commission and progression into outside sales and leadership.
• Organized, proactive and comfortable speaking with new customers.
