Job summary

Godshall Recruiting is seeking a results-driven Sales Team Lead in Greenville, SC. You will provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to inside sales representatives, monitor pipeline performance, and drive revenue growth through data-driven coaching and process optimization.

You will conduct one-on-one coaching sessions, reinforce CRM best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on new business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading inside sales teams.
• Ability to coach reps on prospecting, follow-up, objections and closing.
• Strong focus on metrics, pipeline performance, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to a team of inside sales representatives.
• Monitor sales activity, pipeline performance, and key metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions on prospecting, follow-up strategies, objections handling, and closing techniques.
• Reinforce sales processes, CRM best practices, and performance expectations across the team.
• Partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to support new business development and account growth initiatives.
• Analyze team results, identify trends, and implement action plans to improve performance and drive revenue growth.
