White House Black Market in Greenville, SC is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. You’ll model hospitality and coach associates to deliver memorable, customer-centered experiences.

You’ll drive daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and cash handling, while ensuring product knowledge on the floor and at the register. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are required to support store goals.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
