Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Leader to coach and scale a high-energy ISR team in Cleveland, OH. You’ll drive outbound and inbound appointments, manage KPIs, and shape a winning sales culture as we grow toward national reach.

Bring 3+ years of call-center sales leadership, a coach's mindset, and a passion for developing people. Flexible hours including evenings/weekends are expected in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading sales teams in a call center.
• Proven success in quota-driven environments with KPI influence.
• Coach’s mindset to unlock potential and motivate individuals.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
• Experience handling escalations and protecting brand experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) for outbound and inbound appointment-setting.
• Coach reps to improve tone, delivery, and KPI conversion via feedback and reviews.
• Monitor daily sales metrics to ensure productivity and pipeline growth.
• Conduct morning huddles, weekly check-ins, and 1:1s.
• Ensure coverage and scheduling during peak lead flow.
• Support additional sales initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
