Qualifications

• Previous experience leading an inside sales or call center sales team.
• Proven success in inside sales with a strong understanding of the sales process.
• Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing people.
• High-energy leadership style with the ability to motivate others.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working with performance metrics and sales data.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables and VLOOKUPs are a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 10–15 Inside Sales Representatives
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions focused on performance and development
• Listen to live and recorded calls to identify coaching opportunities
• Facilitate role-playing sessions to improve sales skills and closing techniques
• Partner with Team Leads to drive daily performance
• Train and onboard new sales team members
• Analyze team performance metrics and identify trends or opportunities
• Foster a positive, competitive, and high-energy sales culture
• MOTIVATE your team to consistently achieve and exceed goals
