Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a driven Inside Sales Leader to coach and scale a high-performance ISR team, accountable for outbound and inbound appointment setting, KPI-driven results, and strong customer conversations.

In this role you will lead daily huddles, monitor metrics, and drive pipeline growth in a fast-paced environment, with a culture that rewards growth, development, and performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales team leadership in a call center environment.
• Proven success in leading quota-driven sales teams and influencing KPIs through daily management.
• Coaching mindset with ability to motivate and recognize performance.
• High energy, results-driven; able to work flexible hours.
• Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and resilience in fast-paced settings.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives focused on outbound and inbound appointment-setting.
• Coach ISRs to improve tone, delivery, and KPI conversion through feedback and reviews.
• Monitor daily sales metrics to ensure productivity and pipeline growth.
• Conduct morning huddles, weekly performance check-ins, and 1:1s to align with business needs.
• Model best practices in sales conversations and pitch structure.
