Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives focused on outbound and inbound appointment-setting.
• Coach reps to improve tone, delivery, and KPI conversion with reviews and QA.
• Monitor daily sales metrics to ensure productivity and pipeline growth.
• Conduct morning huddles, weekly check-ins, and 1:1s.
• Ensure coverage and schedule alignment during peak lead flow.
• Support additional sales initiatives and customer follow-ups.
• Handle escalations professionally to protect the brand experience.
