Job summary

Busch Vacuum Solutions, a leading manufacturer of vacuum pumps, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist in Phoenix to drive revenue by supporting Inside Sales Engineers and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves responding to inquiries, generating quotations, and helping with CRM-driven forecasting.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in inside sales or customer support, strong communication skills, and experience with SAP/Salesforce.

Qualifications

2+ years inside sales or customer support experience (or comparable) preferred.
Strong customer service orientation with ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce or SAP.
Clear communication skills with an ability to explain technical service offerings in customer-friendly terms.

Responsibilities

Respond quickly and professionally to customer requests via phone, email, and web sources.
Generate and follow up on sales quotations.
Log all customer interactions, opportunities, and quotes in CRM to ensure transparency and forecast accuracy.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure seamless handoff and fulfillment of Busch Group products.
Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up.
