Busch Vacuum Solutions in Virginia Beach, VA seeks an Inside Sales Engineer to convert inquiries into opportunities and tailor vacuum solutions with cross-functional teams. You will quote, manage the CRM, and collaborate with field sales, engineering, and customer service to push orders and growth.

The role is Monday–Friday onsite with standard business hours, offering a base salary in the $60k–$75k range plus a 15% KEIP bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B inside sales or technical sales experience preferred.
• Experience with industrial or technical products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to read technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound inquiries and marketing leads into qualified opportunities.
• Develop customized vacuum solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Qualify leads and route to field sales or technical experts.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and web forms with urgency.
• Prepare and issue quotes using SAP/CRM; track sales activities in CRM.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Systems Engineers, and Product Marketing.
• Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for lead qualification and revenue.
