Job summary

Döhler is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist to act as the key contact for Account Managers, helping manage the sales cycle and coordinate internal departments at our Princeton, NJ office. The role blends customer interactions with internal operations to ensure accurate quoting, order processing, data management and timely communication.

The position is full-time and onsite in Princeton, NJ with no travel required.

Qualifications

• College degree required or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience in sales operations or sales support, ideally in Food & Beverage or ingredient industry.
• SAP knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to reach all levels of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical capability.
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with responsibility to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Processing sample requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Preparing quotations, contracts and price agreements quickly with Pricing Team and Account Managers.
• Maintaining up-to-date system tracking with relevant data inputs.
• Continuously updating customer master data.
• Ensuring smooth information exchange within the division and with interfaces.
• Supporting Sales and customers during Lead-to-Order process, including RFI management.
• Fulfilling administrative tasks to support Account Managers, including Forecast entry and New Product setups.
• Proactively managing any customer overdue items.
