Job summary

Imperial Textile is seeking an Inside Sales Support Rep to enhance the development of existing and prospective customers in the promotional products division. Ideal for newer Sales Reps aiming to progress or Customer Service Reps transitioning to Sales.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Customer Service/Sales experience.
• Familiar with GSuite.

Great opportunity for a newer Sales Rep looking to take the next step in their career or a Customer Service Rep looking to make the bridge over to Sales.

Job Description

• Help customers select products based on the customers' needs, product specifications, and interests.
• Respond to customers' requests for pricing, availability, and product uses and creative ideas, and samples.
• Prepare quotations according to bid specifications, with accurate configurations.
• Coordinate order flow with production and secure best ship method to meet customer due dates.
• Follow up with customers to make sure they are satisfied with their purchases and to answer any questions or concerns.
• Support sales efforts such as attending trade shows.
• Research new sales opportunities, identify key retail sources, generate interest and close sales.
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects.
• Keep management informed of activity, including timely correspondence through emails and calls.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Customer Service/Sales experience
• Familiar with GSuite.
• Ability to work independently with appropriate guidance.
