Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Representative to assist inside sales in Cincinnati. You will partner with sales teams to identify the best products, create timely quotes, and process accurate orders while coordinating deliveries for customers.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years in sales or customer service, with familiarity in plumbing/HVAC and CRM systems like Salesforce. Strong communication and drive to help customers succeed are essential.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or similar trades is a plus.
• Prior experience with Salesforce and Genesis phone systems is preferred.
• Strong sales skills including upselling and quick decision making.
• Ability to respond quickly to customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining best products and solutions.
• Provide personalized service with timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls, address questions, and resolve customer concerns.
• Use CRM and phone systems effectively to manage inquiries.
