Job summary

Ferguson in Cincinnati is hiring Sales Support Representatives to assist customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up. You will collaborate with Sales to determine the best products, provide timely quotations, and ensure accurate sales orders.

0-3 years in sales or customer service is preferred; plumbing/HVAC experience helps. Salesforce and Genesis phone systems are a plus. Competitive pay and benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) are offered.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or similar trades is a plus.
• Prior Salesforce and Genesis phone systems experience preferred.
• Strong sales skills with upselling ability.
• Proven ability to respond quickly and decide in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales to determine best products and solutions.
• Deliver personalized service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls and resolve customer questions or concerns.
