MAG Industries is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist to assist customers and Sales team, process orders, and resolve issues. This role informs customers about products, pricing, and availability while contributing to sales growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
• Experience in inside sales, sales support, order processing, or account management is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to customer and Sales Rep inquiries via calls, email, and voicemail.
• Enter and process customer orders accurately in the ERP system.
• Build relationships with customers and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Assist outside Sales Representatives with order processing and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order and delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and account information.
