Job summary

MAG Industries is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist to assist customers and the Sales team, process orders, and develop sales opportunities through daily interactions. This role includes commission opportunities in addition to base pay.

The ideal candidate is organized, sales-minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with customers and numbers. This full-time position in Tyrone, PA offers growth potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
• Experience in inside sales, sales support, order processing, or account management is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn are valued.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or order-management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to customer and Sales Representative calls, emails, and voicemails.
• Enter and process customer orders accurately within the ERP system.
• Build relationships with customers and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Conduct inside sales activities with existing and prospective customers.
• Make outbound sales and follow-up calls regarding products, promotions, and reorders.
• Assist outside Sales Representatives with order processing and follow-up.
• Coordinate new account setup and sales follow-up for prospective customers.
• Research and resolve customer concerns involving orders, deliveries, and billing.
