Job summary

Almo ProAV in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an Inside Sales Administrator for a full-time role to support customers and the sales team in the Pro AV channel.

You will manage order entry, provide product and order information, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process for integrators, resellers, and outside reps. This position is on-site in Philadelphia and requires strong communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of related experience in B2B sales support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Service orientation and ability to support sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage orders in AS 400.
• Verify order margins and inventory availability.
• Provide order confirmations and shipping updates using approved templates.
• Coordinate with warehouses and vendors on order changes and drop-ship requests.
• Submit part builds and upload purchase orders into F20.
• Confirm payment terms and process credit card forms as needed.
• Partner with credit team on time-sensitive returns and credits.
• Provide tracking information, ETAs, and resolve shipping issues.
• Submit freight quote requests through UPS or Operations.
• Act as primary contact for outside sales reps and customers.
• Respond to inquiries related to quotes, order status, and Salesforce updates.
• Develop strong relationships with sales partners and customers.
• Maintain knowledge of the Pro AV industry and customer projects.
