Job summary

Amarillo Gear Company LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Support professional to provide administrative support to the sales team and coordinate with Operations on order status. The role involves managing front office tasks, entering orders into M2M, and generating basic quotations.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or 1–2 years of administrative experience, with mechanical aptitude preferred. You will engage with customers by phone and email, supporting international and domestic orders

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1-2 years administrative experience.
• Mechanical aptitude experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via email or telephone on order status and expedited orders.
• Engage with Operations Team regarding order status and communicate updates to customers.
• Manage front office and main entrance, including visitors and mail.
• Enter configured and parts orders into M2M.
• Generate basic quotations.
• Add new customers and update customer information in M2M.
• Update Quote Log for International Sales associates.
• Update Customer Weekly Order Status reports.
• Support special projects and reports as requested by leadership.
• Create job orders and sales order packets for operations.
• Act as backup on phone system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
